These disclosures apply to By Design's website, sales and enrollment pages, and coaching services, including Powerful & Paid. A signed client agreement controls the specific services

purchased by a client.

Coaching Scope

By Design provides leadership, professional-development, communication, career-strategy, and compensation-preparation coaching. Coaching is educational and collaborative. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, legal representation, tax advice, financial or investment advice, human-resources representation, recruiting, or employment placement. Clients remain responsible for their decisions and should consult a qualified professional when a matter requires licensed or specialized advice.

Income and Career Results

Income Increase Support may help a client identify contributions, research compensation, prepare for performance or salary discussions, develop negotiation strategies, and consider advancement opportunities. By Design does not guarantee a raise, promotion, bonus, job, business revenue, or other financial result. Results vary based on the client's starting point, actions, workplace, decision-makers, market conditions, and other factors outside By Design's control.

Testimonials and Reviews

Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not promises of what another client will achieve. A material relationship, incentive, free service, discount, or other connection with a person providing an endorsement will be disclosed when required. By Design does not condition an incentive on a positive review and does not use a fake, AI-generated, or materially altered testimonial.

Powerful and Paid Program Summary

The initial 90-minute Discovery Session occurs after the required payment and before the 91-day coaching period. The 91-day period begins immediately after Discovery, and each client agreement states the exact Discovery, Start, and End Dates.

The program includes seven scheduled sessions: five regular sessions up to 45 minutes, one strategic review up to 120 minutes, and one final session up to 90 minutes.

A client may also request one optional priority session up to 30 minutes for a time-sensitive professional situation, subject to availability. Priority support is not emergency or guaranteed same-day service.

Occasional email support is generally answered within two business days. It does not include continuous access, daily correspondence, unlimited coaching, unlimited document review, or emergency response. Personalized worksheets, research, scripts, exercises, and other resources are selected as appropriate; no fixed quantity of custom materials is promised.

Power Blueprint

Powerful & Paid includes a personalized Power Blueprint developed from Discovery information and refined during coaching. It guides priorities and action but does not predict or guarantee an employer, financial, or career outcome. The client may retain the completed personal Blueprint for personal use, subject to the intellectual-property terms in the client agreement.

Book and Core Vault

A Powerful & Paid client with a U.S. mailing address receives one complimentary copy of Ignite Your Power. A hard copy is mailed unless the client requests the available digital edition. Delivery timing depends on availability and shipping conditions.

The program includes 12 months of Core By Design Advantage Vault access beginning on the enrollment date, including new materials added to the included core categories.

Separately priced premium or standalone programs are excluded unless purchased.

Access ends on the stated expiration date. Any continuation membership requires a separate affirmative purchase and does not renew automatically.

Technology Privacy and Artificial Intelligence

By Design may use third-party services for forms, customer relationship management, scheduling, video meetings, email, payments, file storage, learning content, analytics, advertising, chatbots, and administration. The Privacy Policy explains current practices. No online system is completely secure.

Coaching sessions are not recorded without advance notice and legally required consent.

Identifiable confidential coaching information is not submitted to an external AI system for substantive analysis without specific disclosure, appropriate safeguards, and any legally required consent. Public chatbots should not be used to submit confidential coaching or employer information.

Intellectual Property

Unless a purchase states otherwise, By Design materials are licensed for the client's individual professional development. They may not be resold, distributed, taught, published, uploaded for public access, or used to train an AI model without written permission. A client retains rights in the client's preexisting materials and original information.

Website Information and External Links

Public website content is general information, not individualized coaching or professional advice. By Design may update public content. A signed coaching agreement or transaction-specific checkout terms control a paid service. Links to independent websites or tools do not mean By Design controls or guarantees those services.

Affiliate and Sponsored Content

Some recommendations or links may create a commission or other benefit for By Design at no additional cost to the visitor. When applicable, the relationship will be disclosed clearly near the affected recommendation. A recommendation is not a guarantee, and visitors should make their own purchasing decisions.

Emergency Services

Coaching and Priority Coaching Support are not emergency services. A person facing an immediate safety, medical, or mental-health emergency should contact appropriate emergency or crisis resources. By Design does not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment.
